I’ve now been in to see Ihor 2 separate times which is a good sign that the first visit resulted in good things. If you are looking for light tickling, relaxation backdropped by the sounds of waterfalls, keep looking… but if you and your body are having a disagreement, and you want to win, recruit Ihor and take control back. Rehabilitation Success:
Ihor greatly helped me to fully recover from a painful rotator cuff injury, and a subsequent badly-knotted back. For two weeks following a snow-shoveling injury, I was unable to move without pain and could not work. Yet within 24 hours of Ihor’s thorough medical/sports massage treatment, I was able to move my arm and shoulder again.
My recovery set in rapidly after more massage, and following the instructions that Ihor gave me: including proper use of the Voltaren (Rx’d by an ER doctor), and a morning routine of “sports-streching.” Keeping this routine will prevent further injuries, and already I can do my sitting work without knotting-up so badly. After receiving clinical massages for 30 years from many practitioners, I most highly recommend Ihor for medical/sports massage, and for acute injuries such as mine.

I enjoyed a 90-minute facial  by Tetyana… it was amazing! I think I fell asleep on the table a few times, lol! The spa is beautiful, clean, and relaxing.
