The prices listed are inclusive of tax

*If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow for a 24 hour cancellation period to let us know if you need to rebook or cancel your appointment. If we don’t receive proper notice, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Any No-Show without proper notification will be charged the full amount. Any emergency cancellation will be at the discretion of the therapist.

*Clients must notify the therapist of any changes in their health history if required.   

*Treatments begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, you are subject to losing time from your treatment and will be charged the full price. If the therapist is late, you will receive the full treatment time. 

*If you feel or are sick or have anything contagious, please reschedule your appointment till it’s healed up.

*Desert Springs Spa is not responsible for the loss of any valuables or personal items left at the Spa. Please check that you haven’t left anything behind in either the treatment room or washrooms.
